They keep my clothes from sliding off without having to jam part of the material into the little grooves that plastic hangers always have. I bought 50 of them but I grossly underestimated how much stuff I have to hang! So I just ordered 100 more. I wish they came in packs of 50 rather than packs of 10 only. The only thing I would change about the hangers would be making the color more vibrant. They're a little dull and I was hoping they'd be more of a lavender color...they have a purple tint but it just isn't vibrant enough for my liking. All my plastic hangers will be given to Goodwill or another charity. My delicate fabric blouses and other clothes don't slip and the hangers save space in my closet. I definitely recommend.
